On2Crew Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the On2Crew website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Pre-Order Policy.

2. Business

On2Crew is an Australian business supplying motorcycle apparel, accessories and merchandise through our online store.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where required, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock discrepancies.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or production commences.

6. In-Stock Products

Items held in stock are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

7. Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items are manufactured specifically for your order. Once submitted to the manufacturer, orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Refer to our Pre-Order Policy.

8. Made-to-Order Products

Some apparel is custom printed and fulfilled by our Australian production partner, Right Lane Media. Production times are additional to shipping times.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items may be dispatched separately from different locations. Separate shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

10. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Customers should contact Australia Post or the nominated carrier first regarding delayed parcels before contacting On2Crew.

11. Returns

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

12. Sizing

Customers are responsible for checking size guides before ordering. Size changes after manufacture has commenced are handled under our Pre-Order Policy.

13. Product Images

Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting and manufacturing processes.

14. Motorcycle Apparel

Unless specifically stated, products are not represented as certified protective equipment or PPE.

15. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, product designs, photographs and content remain the intellectual property of On2Crew unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without written permission.

16. Community Content

By tagging On2Crew or submitting photos or videos, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to repost or use that content for promotional purposes unless you advise otherwise.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, On2Crew is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
