Thank you for shopping with On2Crew. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
By placing an order with On2Crew, you agree to the following Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Your Order
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Queensland public holidays.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
2. In-Stock Products
Items that are in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.
3. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Products
Pre-order and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for your order and are not held in stock.
Estimated production timeframes are displayed on each product page.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

Shipping prices may change without notice due to carrier rate changes.
5. Delivery
We currently ship throughout Australia and may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Customs processing (for international orders)
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside On2Crew's control.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information.
If your parcel appears delayed, missing or is awaiting collection, we recommend contacting Australia Post or the nominated shipping carrier first, as they can often provide the quickest update and assist in resolving delivery issues.
7. Authority to Leave
If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, your parcel may be left unattended at your nominated delivery address.
Once the parcel has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking records, On2Crew accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage occurring after delivery.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct before completing their purchase.
If incorrect shipping information is provided:

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery delays may occur.

If the parcel is returned to On2Crew, additional postage costs must be paid before the parcel can be resent.
9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please first check your tracking information using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We recommend contacting Australia Post or the nominated shipping carrier directly, as they can often provide the quickest update regarding the location or status of your parcel and may be able to resolve delivery issues immediately.
If the issue cannot be resolved with the shipping carrier, please contact On2Crew and we will gladly assist by lodging an enquiry or investigation where appropriate.
Please note:

Delivery delays are occasionally outside the control of both On2Crew and the shipping carrier.

Once your parcel has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes and transit are managed by the shipping carrier.

We will always do our best to assist customers with shipping enquiries and investigations.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any:

Brokerage fees

Other charges imposed by their country
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
On2Crew is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Manufacturing or supplier delays

12. Split Shipments
On2Crew offers a combination of in-stock products and made-to-order products.
Our in-stock products, including stickers and selected merchandise, are dispatched directly from the On2Crew warehouse.
Some apparel and other products are custom printed and fulfilled by our trusted Australian print partner, Right Lane Media. These items are produced specifically for your order and require additional production time before dispatch.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products:

In-stock items will be dispatched directly from On2Crew.

Made-to-order items will be produced and dispatched separately by Right Lane Media.

You may receive multiple parcels for the same order.

Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment where applicable.
As these products are shipped from different locations, separate shipping charges will apply for each shipment. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered, their shipping origin, parcel size, weight and destination.
If you wish to avoid multiple shipping charges, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock products and made-to-order products.
